I’ve built quality homes, flipped and redesigned homes.  I’m out of that busy now.  I just know Steve takes no short cuts, he is a top quality inspector. He know his stuff and can identify quality and he can see problems and has the tools to verify water problems, one of the biggest issues in Florida.  As well as, old roofs, leaking pipes in the wall and weak insulation.  I send all my friends to him and Real estate Brokers.  He is the only one to trust.  Jim J
